Terms for using this website and engaging with Dove365.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms provide general website and service terms. Project-specific terms, statements of work, proposals, or contracts may apply separately and will take precedence where agreed in writing.
This website is operated by Dove365 Ltd. By using this website, contacting us, or requesting information about our services, you agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms.
Dove365 Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
The information on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, it may not cover every circumstance and should not be treated as formal technical, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Any service descriptions, prices, timelines, and package details on this website are indicative unless confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.
Before paid work begins, scope, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, pricing, and payment terms should be agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, appropriate access, required licences, internal approvals, and any business decisions needed to deliver agreed work.
Where you complete our customer onboarding form, you confirm that the company, billing, and representative information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. This information is used to set up your account, billing, and access to our Customer Portal at customerportal.dove365.com.
The Customer Portal is provided for our customers and their authorised team members to access their own account, support cases, managed services, documents, and onboarding information. Access is role-based, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Use of the Customer Portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Dove365 licenses software products — including Dove365 Common, CRM Starter, Sales, and Support — to customers, and we also use these same products ourselves to run our own business. Where you purchase or use a licensed Dove365 software product, it is installed and operated within your own Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and/or Azure environment, and your business data processed by it is stored in your own environment under your own control, not in a separate Dove365-hosted database, except where you engage Dove365 for support and grant temporary access to your environment for that purpose. Licensing, functionality, support levels, and data handling for these products are governed by the applicable order form, licence agreement, or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general website terms.
Our WhatsApp Business messaging integration is a tool we built and use internally to run our own business; it is not sold or licensed to customers.
Solutions may depend on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Azure Communication Services, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Netlify, scheduling tools, or other third-party services. Availability, licensing, data residency, and feature changes for those platforms are controlled by their respective providers.
Website content, branding, copy, layouts, and materials are owned by or licensed to Dove365 unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property arrangements for client deliverables should be set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work, or contract.
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that disrupts its operation or infringes the rights of others.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website content, third-party websites, or temporary website unavailability.
This website does not currently process online orders or take payment directly. Services are agreed and priced separately through a written proposal, statement of work, or contract, which will set out applicable pricing, payment, and cancellation terms. If online ordering or payment is introduced in future, this page will be updated to reflect the relevant order process and consumer protection information.
Dove365 is not currently required, through membership of a trade association or quality assurance scheme, to use a specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. If that changes, we will name the applicable ADR body and provider here. In the meantime, if you have a complaint, please contact us at support@dove365.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
We aim to make this website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the Equality Act 2010 and recognised web accessibility guidance. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact us at support@dove365.com and we will do our best to help.
This website may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This website uses Cookiebot to manage cookie consent. Non-essential cookies should only be used where consent has been provided through the Cookiebot banner or preference controls. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
